I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to BITM’s Teaching staff and Placement Cell for their vital support in helping me get a strong start in my career. Their commitment, guidance, and encouragement provided me with the knowledge and confidence I needed to begin my professional journey. Currently working for ALSTOM with salary package of 17 LPA, also worked for L&T Technologies and HCL. Bellari Institute of Technology and Management (BITM) has been a great contributor to the development of my personality. The placement cell operates round the year to facilitate contracts between companies and graduates. I got placed in L&T Technology Services LTD, Mysore through campus recruitment with initial package of 3.5 LPA in the year 2015. This could happen only because of the quality of education provided by my teachers along with outstanding support by the college which built my career life in a right way. I am proud to be an alumnus of this college because I was fortunate enough to have had such knowledgeable faculty and management for laying a strong foundation and for making me what I am today.

I graduated from the ECE Department at Ballari Institute of Technology and Management (BITM) in 2005, where I received excellent education and guidance from highly qualified faculty. The department not only focused on academics but also provided opportunities for extracurricular activities, shaping my personality and skills.

The faculty members were knowledgeable and supportive, always willing to guide and mentor us. One of the highlights of my time at BITM was the vibrant campus life. I was actively involved in various workshops and activities like MTLC Lab and Tech Vruksha, which helped me develop essential additional skills and also helped me inculcate teamwork and leadership. To add on Explorika was a great platform to showcase our talents and innovations. BITM’s strong placement cell played a crucial role in launching my career.

I was fortunate to secure a position of Software Developer at L&T Technology Services, where I continue to grow and challenge myself every day. Additionally, I was provided an opportunity to coach my juniors for their placements which was a great experience and a value added to my personality development. I am grateful for the experiences and friendships I made at BITM. It equipped me with the knowledge and skills to excel in my field.
