Mr. Sham R K is currently the Head of the department of Training & Placements, and also Asst Prof at MBA department. He has obtained his master’s from Bangalore University, India. He has 14 years of experience in Training & Placements. Working relentlessly in placing Engineering & MBA students at BITM. Participated many HR & Industry workshops/conclaves in India.

 He has introduced many effective training plans & reasons for the good conversion of students in campus placements. He has invited top notch companies for the campus placement & continuing in doing so. He has Placed 300+ students every year.
