Mr. Sham R K is currently the Head of the department of Training & Placements, and also Asst Prof at MBA department. He has obtained his masters from Bangalore University, India. He has 10 years of experience in Training & Placements. Working relentlessly in placing Engineering & MBA students at BITM. Participated many HR & Industry workshops/conclaves in India.  He has introduced many effective training plans & reason for the good conversion of student’s in campus placements. He has invited top notch companies for the campus placement & continuing in doing so. He has Placed 300+ students every year.

Mr. Penuel M - Placement Officer,

Mr. Penuel M. is currently The Training & Placement Officer, and also Asst. prof at MBA Department. He has obtained his masters from Vijayanagara Sri Krishna Devaraya University, Karnataka, India. He has 7 years of experience in Training & placements.  Arranging and coordinating various programs that aim at molding the students so as to meet the industry expectations in career building and in turn bring laurels to the Institution.

He is the point of approach for students to meet, to interact, and to get all the support to build their career and aims at the overall development of students by inculcating the required skills to get placed in a prospective company thereby fully filling the expectations of both students and Industries.
