Engineering Survey Laboratory

The Engineering survey Laboratory is equipped to provide students with a robust environment for concepts of surveying techniques in the field of civil engineering. It features 5 theodolite, 4 Dumpy Levels, 2 Auto levels and 4 advanced total stations. The lab is equipped with green board and faculty interactive learning with hands on experience on survey machines.

Fluid Mechanics laboratory

The FM Lab is equipped to provide students with a robust environment for exploring various experiments on hydraulics machines. It features various turbines, notches and weirs, centrifugal pumps (single & multistage), Bernoulis equation verification apparatus. The lab is equipped with black board and faculty interactive learning with hands on experience on hydraulics equipment’s.

Geotechnical Engineering Laboratory

The GTE Lab is equipped to provide students with a robust environment for exploring various experiments on soil mechanics and techniques. It features Direct shear apparatus, Triaxial compression apparatus, STP, CBR apparatus, unconfined compression apparatus, Consolidation apparatus, Permeability apparatus. The lab is equipped with green board and faculty interactive learning with hands-on experience on soil mechanics apparatus.

Concrete and Highway Materials Testing Laboratory

The concrete and highway materials laboratory is equipped to provide students with a robust environment for various concrete and highway materials testing. It features Ductility apparatus, Los angles abrasion apparatus, Impact apparatus, marshal stability apparatus, auto clave apparatus, CTM 2000kN, Ultrasonic pulse velocity, Rebound Hammer apparatus, Vee- bee consistometer and compaction factor apparatus. The lab is equipped with green board and faculty interactive learning with hands on experience on various concrete testing machines.

Building Materials Testing Laboratory

The BMT Lab is equipped to provide students with a robust environment for exploring various testing of building materials i.e, steel, wood, brick, basic properties of construction materials the lab is equipped with universal testing machine, torsion apparatus, Izod & Charpy apparatus, Rockwell, Brinell and Vicar apparatus. The lab is equipped with black board and faculty interactive learning with hands on experience on various building material testing machines.

Geology Laboratory

The Geology Lab is equipped to provide students with a robust environment for exploring various experiments on geology aspects i.e., (rocks & stones).

R&D Lab

This lab is also used to carry out the research related experiments by research scholars of the civil engineering department.

Computer aided design and drawing laboratory

The CADSL is equipped to provide students with a robust environment for learning basics of building planning and detailing of RCC elements and steel structures.

It features 31 systems featuring Intel i5, 6th Gen processors, 500 GB HDD, 4GB DDR4 RAM, and Hp laser jet 1020 plus printer, providing an optimal environment for handling complex civil engineering projects. The lab is equipped with projector, white board and internet facility for interactive learning.

Classrooms

The department boasts five spacious and well-lit classrooms and one Seminar Hall, each equipped with CCTV cameras to enhance security.

Designed with an emphasis on sustainability and accessibility, these classrooms also include complete power backup. Modern amenities such as LCD projectors, Wi-Fi connectivity, and green boards create a supportive and innovative learning environment for all students.

Seminar Hall

The department has a well-equipped seminar hall with a seating capacity of 90. It features a complete audio-visual system and air conditioning, used for seminars, Internships and project presentations.
