Dr. Janet Jyothi D'Souza holds qualifications of B.Com., MBA, and Ph.D., with 17 years of extensive teaching and research experience. She serves as Professor and Head of the Department of MBA. Dr. D'Souza has authored over 50 research publications in ABDC and Scopus-indexed journals and has received numerous awards for her significant contributions to research. She is currently supervising Ph.D. candidates at VTU Belagavi.
