On 24th January 2024, the IoT and Embedded Systems Club successfully hosted its inaugural session, "Exploring IoT and Embedded Systems," for second-year students. This technical talk provided an engaging introduction to the world of IoT and Embedded Systems, emphasizing their growing relevance in shaping the future of technology.
The session highlighted various applications, including smart devices, industrial automation, and healthcare innovations. The event also served as a platform to outline the club's roadmap, presenting future plans such as hands-on workshops, guest lectures, and collaborative projects. Objectives
To Introduce the foundational concepts of IoT and Embedded Systems and their significance in modern technology.
To Explain the scope, importance, and real-world applications of IoT and Embedded Systems across various industries and domains such as smart homes, healthcare, agriculture, and industrial automation.
To Outline the future plans of the IoT club, encouraging student participation in upcoming workshops, projects and hackathons.
